Air clinic installed 2 HVAC systems promptly and kept all areas clean. The price was the best out of 4 bids. 15% lower than the highest bid. Tuesday one of the furnace units stopped working. I called Air Clinic after hours, and a person answered. I was told I would receive a call to set a service call next morning. At 7:30 on Wednesday, Air Clinic called to confirm the problem, and ask how soon I wanted service. ASAP I said. At 8:15, I was told the technician would arrive in 15 min. Well, it did take him more like 20 min, but by 9 am my system was working, and is still working fine. You can’t go wrong with this guys. They are professional and friendly.

Ryan did our estimate, he was thorough and knowledgeable. Out of 3 estimates, the quote was midline and more complete. Our old system was 20+ years old and needed to be replaced. They installed a new system, fixed existing ductwork and added new where we needed it. The installers were great, respected our home and worked quickly. The only critique would be, in trying to get it all done in one day, they were here until after 10pm on a school night (we have younger kids). The last piece of duct work took a week to put in (it didn’t affect use though) and the city code now requires a different wire, and they’ll do that next week (not really their fault). I’d use them again and do recommend them.

Very happy with the service performed by Air Clinic, both pricing and installation of the new heat pumps (Trane). I highly recommend them for heating and air coditioning services. They are professional and even sent a tech, after installation, to ensure the quality of the installer.'s work. Great job!
