  I was quoted a price from another company who was set on a high price i couldn't afford and was slightly rude to me. I called Air Care and the very kind lady I spoke with on the phone was very fast and responsive to getting me a technician out in just a couple hours after my call. The technician that came out was also very kind, understanding and reasonable. My price was much lower and my ac is now working same day! Wonderful experience and stress free all the way around! Will definately use them in the future if i need them again!

  When my home air conditioning went down, Air Care was highly recommended to me by a good friend. One call, and they scheduled me for the very next day. Technician George responded to my residence. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue (bad evaporator coil) and ordered the part. Although the part was on back order, they kept me informed. Melissa (customer service representative) with Air Care kept me informed and made me feel like a valued customer. When the part arrived, Melissa immediately called me to scheduled George. George arrived early and began the repair immediately. He had the A/C working within a couple hours. I have already recommended Air Care to family and friends in the area.

  If I could rate it negative I would, I made an appointment to get a part replaced on my brakes, when I got there for an my appointment I had to wait 5 hours before they even tried to do anything; then when they let me pull into the garage I sat for another hour and then they said "we don't have the part we can have it for you 8am Tomorrow! The reason I scheduled this appointment when I did is because like most people I have to work and now I have to go at least another week with squishy leaking brakes! DO NOT GO HERE!
