  We met with the owner a couple of years ago to discuss options for new A/C. .I really liked him and felt like he was a man of integrity. Our A/C was old and was not working, and he went over options and spent quite a long time with us. He was able to get the unit going for a very reasonable fee, and was patient and not pushy. I just remember liking Mr. Brown very much and wanted to use his company in the future. A/C continues.to chug along, but had to replace our heating.system on this visit. Everyone we have dealt with has been very nice, prompt and professional. I give them 5 stsrs.

  Andrew arrived exactly on time and was pleasant and professional. We have been using AirCare for years and very pleased with units, installation and maintenance. All the techs have been great. When our old unit stopped working again, we were given options of not just a new unit but also possible repairs. I highly recommend them.

  My son came home yesterday at 9:30 and our HVAC had no power. I didn’t hold out much hope, but after he called me (I am in the hospital at the moment) I called Air Care and about an hour later Vince was ringing the doorbell. Unfortunately a part was needed and someone will be back today to complete the repair. This is the second time Vince has serviced my unit since they bought Jones Heating and Air and each time he has been very courteous and professional and knowledgeable. I was with Jones for over 30 years and it is apparent that I can trust Air Care as well. I recommend Air Care for any of your HVAC needs.
