  I am a customer for life! No matter the issue or time of day they have been extremely responsive and helpful! And if that wasn’t enough the cost to repair was always beyond fair. I have used them multiple times over the years but the latest experience was the best! My mom called me on the one day it snowed in wilmington this season and her heat had gone out. I went to her house and checked a few things before calling AC Cycle. They answered and asked to FaceTime so they could see what I saw. In a few minutes they had it diagnosed and he had the part needed at his house just around the corner. He told me it was on the house since I was helping my mom trying to get her heater working! Incredible local customer service and all around great company to do business with!

  I called two companies on Saturday to help with my a/c repair. One couldn't get here until Monday, the other, AC Cycle got here in 15 minutes. Moe was the most professional and polite service person I've ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and corrected some wiring issues incorrectly done by the builder. He also made some adjustments to our system for better performance. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you live in the Hampstead, NC please call them first. Very Satisfied Customer!

  For Sure, Jason owns the best AC company in town. He is quick, knows what he is doing and very fair in expense. He never makes you spend more money than it is needed to fix your AC. But, his strongest value is his great customer service. We are super happy to use his service to fix our AC. He saved us a lot of money. Super professional and highly recommended!
