  Ryan came out two days in a row. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and no matter what didn’t seem to go right he was calm and professional through it all. Now, they did hurt my pocket a bit, but to get it fixed right the first time it is worth it. I thought Ryan was going to move into my attic but he didn’t. Lol. The customer service over the phone was always exceptional and the quotes were on point. Thanks Humphries for hiring true professionals and ppl that care for what they do.

  Called 14 WEEKS ago for service. Called several times. I'm " on the list" Gave up. Their poor install also caused pan to leak damaging ceiling. Will be sending them a bill. One of their ducts has failed where improperly taped and fell off. I spent $25k with them on systems in large new house. If you are not in 1 year builder warranty they ignore you. Customer service is unbelievably bad. They spend all their time correcting install problems or looking after poor quality equipment; one or the other or both. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
