  Just want to inform the community of my experience. I called Chad and asked for a quote to clean a second story laundry vent of dryer lint. I stressed to him that it was on the second story but the prior roof guys got up with no complaints. So two young men showed up on time and were very nice and polite but couldn't get up on the roof because not a big enough ladder. I explained how the roofers got up but they said they would call end of the day or next and come back out with bigger ladder. I agreed and thanked them, then one day waiting for call turned into never. So long story short I went into attic and took the ducting apart myself and cleaned it to be able to safely use our dryer. Other parts of this company may be great but this side of the house surely is not. In response their was no snow or ice on the ground. Look at the day on the calendar and the pitch is average and exactly like 99% of the roofs in the landings. Your response doesn't make any sense . Not to mention I didn't ask for an inspection it needed cleaning as per the email sent to you. Maybe you got bad information about the pitch so I'll include a photo just so you can see for yourself. Wish your company well and hope you understand where I'm coming from especially with no phone call to explain what was going on as I was told to expect. I also double checked my messages and their is not one call, text, email or message left. Also I'm a disabled vet and would not one of your employees to be injured in any way. All I ask is you learn from this situation and wish your company well.

  Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. In response we were not able to get on the second story roof because of the pitch of the roof snow and ice on the roof as well. The safety of our technicians are of the upmost importance. We were also told there was no attic access to address the situation when techs were there or it could have been fixed. That’s why your were not charged to inspect dryer vent or for any cleaning. Messages were left in regards to the situation with no response, unfortunately there was a breakdown in communication and apologize for any inconvenience.

  Hi everyone, If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would give them a hundred stars. I have my own business and don’t have a lot time to write reviews but I am definitely taking time out to write this one. I have a disabled brother who literally spills everything!!! His carpet was a complete disaster. I called Nu-look Carpet Cleaning. Matt and Jesse arrived on-time, were very professional, gave me a fair quote and assured me they would get the carpet as clean as possible. And, yes, they did!!! I could not believe my eyes. They did an amazing job!!! I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs!!!
