5 phone calls 7 transfers 2 "we will call you right backs" several different people...All to order a simple shower rebuilt kit listed on their website, I HAD THE PART NUMBER FOR!! 3.5 hours later I am still waiting on a call back and still no part. Most frustrating parts order EVER.

I was having pilot light issues on my water heater and couldn’t figure out what it was. I went down to Ferguson and they didn’t carry the pilot assembly that I needed for my Bradford white water heater, but Jacob went out of his way to contact Bradford white and find the part. He then had it overnighted to me at no charge and I was back in business the next day. They are really awesome here and take care of their customers!

Excellent company. Goes the "extra mile" to ensure customer satisfaction. My hose bib was leaking and your company (among others) was referred to me by the manufacturer (Legend). I called several referrals prior to calling your company and was told that they no longer carried the Legend brand and offered no further assistance. I called Ferguson and the lady who answered the phone also said that you no longer carried that brand but took it upon herself to contact Legend and have the parts sent directly to me at no charge. That is certainly going "above and beyond" to provide excellent customer service. Great job! I certainly will use your company in the future if the need arises and will tell others of your excellence. Thank you!
