We had our dryer vent cleaned. The employee was very courteous and did a good job. The cost was $180. When I used the dryer for the first time after the cleaning, there was a lot of heat coming from the dryer area. When I opened the door of the area where the dryer is, the entire area was dripping with moisture. My conclusion is the flexible dryer connector was split when it was reconnected. I understand how this could happen since the space is small between the dryer and the wall, but when I texted the owner and asked if they would install a new connector which I would purchase, I received no answer. We had never had a problem with the flexible connector before. I believe he at least should have had the courtesy to respond.

Highly recommend this company. We got our house power washed, window cleaning and garage cleaning. All the employees are very courteous, sincere and respectful of the property. Very happy with their work,they went above and beyond and did a great job.
