  We had a storage unit at AC Airport Storage for about 8 years. The place is the Fort Knox of storage facilities. The grounds and buildings are kept in very good shape. We had a door spring break a few years ago and it was immediately repaired. The owner whom I believe is named Rodney is a great guy and is always very friendly. We decided we didn't need the unit any longer so on May 30th I went and nearly emptied the unit with plans of closing my account June 1st since May was already paid for. I had to leave behind a chair , sweeper and some trash because the truck and trailer were already overloaded. It wouldn't have been safe to add more. I planned on going up after work on May 31st the last day of May that I already had paid for to get everything that was left behind. I got off work called my wife to tell her where I was going and she told me she that a woman from the facility called her and said they threw my stuff away and they were sending me a bill for disposal. Just don't seem right I was still in my month that I had paid for. I never told anyone from there I was moving my stuff or that I was closing my account. After so many years of not one single issue it just surprised me to have my stuff tossed without even talking to me and then sent a bill for it. W.T.F. I would have rated them 5 stars without question until this week's events!

  I have been at the storage unit for about 15 years I've had between one and four units never had a problem They have great security and great management Rodneys a great manager
