  Furnace wasn't always kicking over.. over the weekend. I was calling everywhere Monday morning. Most places wanted to charge emergency call or they would call me back later. Not Wyles. They responded and had Dan the tech here in just over an hour! Dan B was super nice & promptly fixed the situation. I will keep using them for HVAC services.

  This company is TOP NOTCH!! They have earned my respect and trust on 3 different occasions. The first was when my daughter called them January 2021 on the coldest day of the winter when her heat quit. I could not check it myself and her furnace is over 30 years old needing replaced soon. I figured anyone she called out would tell her it had to be replaced. Not Wyles, they investigated and fixed the problem with a basic igniter and restored her heat. My second experience was just last month in May when our own A/C quit working on a 20 year old unit. I requested they come out to quote a new A/C and not waste my money doing repairs on such an old unit. When they came out to quote they offered to first see if they could get the A/C running - it was 90 degrees and humid so I said certainly. They were able to get it running. There is nothing better than having the person giving you a quote be the same person who actually has experience working on this equipment. I still asked for a quote to replace everything in case I needed it in future, which they promptly provided. Since my A/C was working again I decided to take the time and get some competing quotes and do a little research on options. Wow - I was shocked how much I could save with Wyles for the EXACT same equipment. Other companies tried to sell me all sorts of things that I really did not need and were offended when I refused to watch their presentation and listen to a long winded sales pitch. Plus one company said I could a new installation discount if I agreed to the their service plan. But even with that discount it was no match for the quote from Wyles. I decided why wait until the next breakdown which everyone knows always happens when you need the A/C or heat the most. After some though we went ahead and had Wyles replace both the furnace and A/C which was just completed today June 15. Again - top notch installation! Prompt, clean, answered all my questions (which I had allot of) and very courteous and professional. Thanks Butch, Dan, and Hope!!!

  This company deserves the highest rating. They did a great job installing a new furnace and AC unit. Dan listened and answered my questions. And his crew Josh and Andrew were as professional and courteous. The owner was understanding in handling a concern I had relating to my allergies. They even hard wired my thermostat so that I wouldn't have to ever worry about batteries. A top notch job from a third generation heating company!
