  Was very disappointed with the experience while trying to purchase a washer and dryer. Was told by the salesman that if I returned a week later he would be able to give me half off if the item was still on the floor. I showed up a week later the item was still available and was told the best they can do was 350.00 off. My experience to say the least was very disappointing. I would have appreciated honesty from the beginning. I will spend my money at Lowes moving forward.

  The only reason I gave 4 stars is because when this place is busy some of the customers can't drive. The parking lot is not set up good to me for the volume of customers that was there on my visit. The staff is and was great. Very helpful

  My steering wheel on my John Deere S120 was damaged when it was delivered. Jeff the Manager stepped up and took care of everything! I was worried it was going to be a pain dealing with getting it replaced. No such thing at all! Jeff had a new steering wheel for me the next day and told me to enjoy my new tractor! Absolutely awesome customer experience!!
