Performed 6 months HVAC Maintenance today. Have used Hammonds for a number of years for Repairs, Installations and Maintenance. Always professional and responsive, and provide excellent quality and value.

My wife and I have been with ZH for about 15 years based on the fact that a trusted coworker's husband was employed there.  Since then, the company has serviced our old AC unit (both up and downstairs) and replaced both with new, energy efficient units.  The service and attention to detail has been superlative, important considerations here in the hot South!  A special shout out goes to "J.J," yet another in a long line of skilled and customer-oriented servicemen employed by ZH!  J.J. came in, immediately established a reassuring rapport, then went about completing the bi-annual maintenance checks.  My wife is happy and, now, I am, too!  Happy New Year 2020, ZH!

Chad showed up even ahead of time and fixed my problem with no issues.  I was back up and running 3 hours after calling and the price was great. No complaints and will definitely use next time I have issues.

Trustworthy, Excellent customer service and knowledgeable are just a few things that you will experience with Zack Hammond! A few years ago, they replaced my furnace inside and outside units, and I added a ductless system. Due to the quality care and of course the cost it was a no brainer to have them service all my equipment needs. Would highly recommend this company!!!

Great service. Called about getting condenser coils cleaned. Told me about an online coupon to save me some money and came out the next day. Avery checked my whole system and cleaned the coils, didn't try to sell me something I don't need, and told me about maintenance plan they offer. I intend to purchase that when it's time to check heating system. They have gained a customer for life! Thanks again Avery.

To start off…the receptionist was extremely friendly. On day of appointment, tech. called an hour in advance so I was happy about that. He was very nice, knowledgeable, made me comfortable and made a quick repair. He saved me a lot of money! I would recommend this company to anyone!

My capacitor went out and although the repair cost more than I would’ve like it too. Avery was great! He was quick, he was thorough, and he was conversational which translates to human! We love humanity! Glad to be feeling AC again and not sitting in ball soup
