  Highly Recommend!!! Our AC unit stopped working late Friday. I called the emergency phone number & really didn’t expect an inspection until the next day b/c it was after 7:30pm. The technician Matt called me back after leaving a message very promptly. He said he had 2 more calls & was far away at that moment & wouldn’t be able to get by until the next day. Surprisingly, he ended up calling me shortly after we scheduled the visit & said he had a cancellation & could make it the same night! I was very happy to hear this b/c it was SO HOT in our house & we have a special needs child. He showed up about 10:00pm, diagnosed the issue, & fixed it within minutes! He spent time answering my questions & was very professional & knowledgeable. My family is SO appreciative to this great company. We have definitely found our HVAC company for the foreseeable future! 🙏🏻 Thank you so much !!!

  My AC went out in early summer. I got 4 estimates and Jake at Mitchell Mechanical in Athens saved me huge money!! He came out quickly to replace my unit and so far, so good. He has been great in responding to a couple of hiccups. I’d def recommend Jake to anyone.

  We were extremely pleased with William, the technician, sent to repair our heat pump; he was extremely pleasant, explained all that would be needed to fix our system. ( our system was installed in 1989!). Long story short, we decided to get whole system; he very clearly gave us all the details on new system and how much better our electric bill and efficiency would be.
