  I recently purchased a home with a Your Team brand new HVAC in August 2021 and tried to use the heater for the first time. To my surprise only cold air was blowing and my home that started at 65 degrees was quickly 60 degrees. I reached out to Your Team Heating & Air and spoke with Gama. He came out to my home and determined the cause of my heater not working was due to a wiring issue with the Nest thermostat and nothing to do with the heater. Gama replaced the thermostat and got my heat working at no charge! I am incredibly thankful for this above and beyond customer service provided by Gama and Your Team Heating & Air Conditioning company to not only stand behind their product, but to assist me with an issue that was not their responsibility. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Very rude and still waiting on the new unit to arrive. No contact from them at all. Received a call back from the owner this afternoon, he states unit has been order but that they will make certain this issue will be resolved even if the money cones out of their pockets.
