Our furnace wasn’t kicking on, we replace the batteries in the thermostat and still wasn’t kicking on! We called Your heat & Air Guy at 8 pm and he answered the phone and was able to walk my husband and i through the steps to make it kick on! Thankful he was responsive and helpful!

Our furnace quit blowing hot air in frigid weather. The furnace had some parts that liked to rust up and prevent the gas from igniting. These guys were not only quick to respond, they cleaned the parts and we had hot air blowing within minutes! They went above and beyond to get us replacement parts that are better than the original equipment. These guys are our go to guys for our heat and air!

I had to replace my furnace November 2019. Tom was very nice and came to Burlington from Ft Madison to give me a quote and payment options. Super personable and even played some tug of war with my 7year old pitbull. The crew working was also nice and got it done timely and even removed the old furnace.
