  It was difficult to contact anyone in the office. The company sends all calls to voicemail. It takes two to three days for a return call. When the tech came to check out the furnace in Nov 2021, he explained everything to us & the next steps to take. He was great! I was hoping to get the work order, they never sent to me.

  Well all I can say is DO NOT use this company! If your home warranty sends them to you, as ours did, immediately request another company. We have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get our AC repairs in this extremely hot month and we are still waiting. What really is upsetting that my wife has tried to get a hold of someone at this company with over 23 calls in the last week to at least get an update on where we stand but my wife has yet to get someone on the phone or someone to respond to the emails. Even the home warranty has tried calling the company to get some resolution and they cannot get a hold of this company. So if you are in need of AC or heating repair do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I will be asking my warranty company to reassign us asap. Two weeks of oppressive heat for me and my family is more than enough

  Technician arrived my home and diagnose the problem. He never reached back out with his diagnosis, warranty company approved work, however for over three weeks no word from extreme heating and air conditioning. They do not answer phone calls or return them either.
