  We had the pleasure of Justin coming out to diagnose a heating issue. Justin was on time and a very cool, down to earth. He knew his stuff and got right to it. It turned out that the blower motor needed replacing. He and the staff at VL Jenkins Heating pushed to get this repair approved through my warranty company. Once approved, He took the time to locate the part and drive two hrs out his way to get the part so he could do the repair that night for my family to have heat. Much respect for him doing that and a big thank you from my family. Highly recommended and will definitely be doing business with this company in future. A++

  I put in a trouble request with my home warranty Sunday night, and received a call from the company the following morning. They were able to come out that morning. Their technician Brett and his partner showed up, got to work, and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant and polite and even gave me some preventative maintenance tips that were specific to my system set up... great customer service! I will definitely use them for routine maintenance.

  V.L. Jenkins Heating and Air Conditioning, is simply OUTSTANDING! The technicians are skilled, polite, informative and friendly. We had a NO HEAT situation, of course over a very cold weekend and V.L. Jenkins sent someone out on Monday! I'm sure they were booked up and very busy with all those crazy things that go wrong when the cold hits, but they were on time, ready to go to work and fixed the problem quickly! Highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!
