  I highly recommend this company. I came upon them when I saw a job they did ( tankless water heater) at a friends and was impressed with how it looked. She also highly recommended them. Starting with Thomas who came and gave the estimate. He was polite, professional and courteous. His estimate which we received a day or so later was fair. They did quite a bit of work because we had our hot water heater relocated and installed an air conditioning unit outside and connected to our existing furnace. Scott and his son were the 2 men who came and did the actual work. Also professional and courteous, Scott was not flustered when it was realized that our thermostat would not work with the air conditioner and the thermostat needed to be moved. He gave us our options ( that section of our house was built in 1860) and worked it out. Upon leaving, they gave us some small gifts of 6 pk of water, gift card from a choice of local merchants and a jar opener- which we actually need. 😃 When does that ever happen any more? Never. I felt the personal treatment from this company. Very happy. Thanks again, Melinda Rhodes

  We moved to Woodstock about 4 years ago, within that time we’ve had to have our heater fixed twice, ac once, and got a mini ductless ac system installed. Every single time I’ve been impressed with this company. Their team is always so courteous and on time, respectful, and informative. I appreciate their honesty and great work!

  Recently we had companies quote for a new furnace and Woodstock Heating and Cooling was included. Thomas the Woodstock Heating & Cooling representative to our home and laser measured every room to make sure that we purchased the correct unit for our home. Thomas was extremely professional in representing Woodstock Heating & Cooling. I decided to go with a company that recently installed furnaces and AC units to other family members. The company on their Website stated that they provided 24/7 Service. The units were installed at my home and unfortunately the furnace was making a terrible noise late in the evening and would not turn on. I called the company and there was no answer and just a voice mail stating leave a message and they would return the call. With no heat we waited 14 hours for a return call. The technician arrived almost 20 hours from our original call and repaired the problem. 3 weeks later the furnace was making the same noise. I called the company and they told me that as long as the unit was providing heat, there was no reason for them to come out. Unfortunately the furnace did not turn on later that evening. I called Woodstock Heating & Cooling. They immediately answered the phone and had a professional technician at my home within 2 hours. The problem was resolved and that is what I call 24/7 service. My lesson learned "You get what you pay for" and when it comes to providing heat for your family, you want Woodstock Heating & Cooling watching your back.
