Been using Jensen's for a long time. Always take care of business and competitively priced. Never have to wait long for service.

Called Jensen's to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. Gave me an appointment the next day, December 30th. They were great on the phone and the guy that showed up was very nice, friendly and efficient. When he was finished he went to his truck to write up the bill. According to the bill, he was here 1 1/2 hours, I did not time him. The bill was $217!! I provided all the parts, as I just had him replace the faucet. I was a little surprised - they charge $135 an hour, plus a $15 travel fee!!?? Their offices are maybe two miles away. I am going to call tomorrow and ask if this is their standard rate.

Extremely poor installation, AC units, warranty and customer service. 2 new International Comfort Products units installed in 2013 under previous owner have both failed by 2019. One of the unit's A coil was replaced under a 5 year parts warranty in 2018 but they fought with me the whole time because "the warranty is for the original owner". One year later, that unit has failed and is leaking refrigerant but they say there is no warranty for the new coil because it was "prorated under the old warranty for the previous owner". What a scam. The other unit has now leaked it's refrigerant completely, not even going to have them look at it. Will replace both with 2 new systems from a reputable company with 10 year warranty. So either the line set was poorly done, the units are bad, or they were both installed poorly. The units have been tuned and inspected yearly by a licensed HVAC company.
