  Woodall's is as professional as it gets. We have multiple units that they service and maintain for us. They are on time and they communicate well. We just had a unit replaced. They showed up before they said they could and had it done in a few hours. We couldn't be more pleased with their quality of service!

  As usual service was prompt and the tech arrived in the time frame I was given. Tech was knowledgeable and efficient. He was also friendly and gave good explanations of what he was doing and why. I have used Woodall for years and strongly recommend them

  They are prompt to respond and the service techs are always friendly, but from the day we moved into our NEW home (March 2011), we've had to have them at the house at least once a year and sometimes more to do repairs. These visits are NOT for maintenance, but to repair something that isn't working correctly or does not work at all. Very disappointed in the saleswoman that recommended this system, it is a piece of junk and when the day comes we have to replace, and it is coming, we will not being going back with this same type system.
