  This is the second time we have used Sammy for servicing our ac units. Once again, they were here within an hour of calling them, and within 30 minutes our ancient unit was up and running. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, they are prompt, professional, and more than reasonably priced. Given the age of our unit, we asked for a quote to replace it. We decided to order the new unit, and were told they would be back in two or three days to install. These guys should be doing customer service tutorials-- that is how amazing and professional they are.

  Customer service excellent , very knowledgeable and super friendly staff. From the initial call to make my appointment to the guys coming out to fix my issue with my heating system.   I called Sammy getting a quote for a new ac. Sammy was 1200 dollars cheaper than the others. 2 days later his crew was at the house installing the new unit. Sammy came by, checked the work and made sure we were satisfied with the job. Sammy and his crew are professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Sammy's to anyone.
