  They did a great job. Came out once to fix the heating and the A/C. Everything worked fine. Then a few days later the A/C had a different issue and they were here incredibly quick to follow up and get everything working again. Both times what was wrong were a bit tricky to figure out but they were diligent to find and fix the issue. Great customer service and great people!

  Installation was fine, but had trouble with drain line and little help from Jonathan Wingate in this matter. In fact, he hurried me off the phone while I asked questions about what to do. We had no trouble with the last air conditioner we owned for more than twenty years. I think Wingate did not care to provide a trouble free drainage system. He should have looked at it and/or offered us a permanent fix but did not. Doesn't he know that for some people a/c is almost a matter of life and death. This is totally irresponsible service.
