  We met with Tyler and his dad (owners) in April and they immediately won us over with all of their ideas and expectations. Seemed like nice guys with big promises to deliver a beautiful outdoor cabana space. We told them our project needed to start in September and gave them a set budget which they more than agreed to and said they were thrilled to take the job. A few handshakes later and we were excited to get started. We were told we would get pricing in the next coming days along with a contract. The next four months was us trying to get pricing and a contract or just any form of communication at all. Weeks with no responses from either of them and still no quote, pricing or contract. Once we finally got plans from architect months later, they cancelled several appointments to meet and discuss. Tyler’s back went out, then he had to take his child to the doctor, then he had family plans. Excuse after excuse on why they couldn’t meet us. More phone calls and text messages and no response again. 3 weeks from our project start date and we received a email with no warning of a contract of $10,000 higher than we agreed upon for 4 months verbally. So naturally we called, texts and left messages to discuss. Nothing! Seriously!?? That was two weeks ago and we still have not heard a word from them. My husband went to their place of business (address listed on google) desperate for answers, turns out it was the personal home. Tyler came to the door and said after bidding the job, they no longer wanted to take the job. I guess his way of telling people that is to ignore them for weeks. We are now one week out from our project start date with multiple other contractors involved and they have completely abandoned us with no time to find anyone else. My husband is a retired disabled vet of 23 years and a handshake and word still mean a lot to him. We trusted this family and to treat people this way is horrible!! Be warned that they talk a big game with false promises and then you hear nothing!! This is such bad business!! They have completely screwed us over and our project is delayed now until we find someone else. Be warned!! I have friends that are using them right now and have multiple unfinished projects with no communication from them…must be their normal way of business 😥

  This is a father and two sons business, not a company. Tyler and his dad came out and meet with us and won us over. They assured us that they would be under our budget and we shook hands on this. After a couple months of asking for an official quote they were $15,000 over. This is after several text for us not to worry that they would be under our budget. We sent a text saying this wasn't what we agreed on and for them to call us back. Several text and phone messages and weeks went by with no response. I went to the address provided on the internet which turns out to be one of the sons house. I tracked Tyler down at his mother in laws house were he lives. He came out and called me crazy for coming to see him even though he wouldn't return text or phone messages. I simply asked if he wanted the job or not and he said no. So now we are 4 weeks out from starting and need to find a new contractor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

  Anthony was awesome replacing my HVAC and furnace! He explained everything to me and got the job done quickly. Would definitely choose to work with him again. He was recommended to me by a close friend (he’s done their repairs) and he’s also replaced my parents’ unit a few months before mine started having issues. We’ve all been happy working with Anthony!
