  Called and got voice mail. I didn't leave a voice mail. Instead I went to the website and entered detailed information that I was a returning customer needing adjustment to the equipment that they installed for me. No response. Would not recommend.

We immediately responded to Mr. Woodson via email at 7:56 a.m. the same day to apologize and make him aware that we never received his email. Also, we attempted to contact Mr. Woodson via phone, but the phone number we had on file was disconnected. We at David L. Hall Inc. strive for exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.

  The company I work for has used David Hall for years and we refer them to customers needing HVAC work often. I recently needed them at my personal home and we were 100% satisfied with their service. They quickly provided a quote, showed up on time to install our new unit, worked efficiently, and left their work area looking even better than when they came. Robbie, Jason, and Nicole are awesome to work with!

  Great guy. Very likeable. He explained everything in great detail. I highly recommend. Even the receptionist was pleasant and had decent knowledge of heatpumps. They fixed my heatpump when even after the installer (Eveready) couldn't get it right. A Stong recommended! Good company, fair price!
