  This is my second service call with William N. Harris, Inc. in over a year. I continue to be impressed with the courteous customer service and professionalism of the office and technical staff. Everything was explained to my satisfaction and the repairs were completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend William N. Harris, Inc. and will be contacting them to arrange annual service calls for routine maintenance of my gas furnace.

  I was told on the phone early in the week that the A/C repairman would be at my address, arriving between 1 - 4pm on Thursday. I called after no one shows up, and the receptionist informs me they have no idea who I am! There is no record of my having made an appointment, despite the fact I specifically did. Very unorganized office, would not recommend.
