  My family has been a customer of Santoro Oil for many years. We have always received honest and dependable service from competent technicians. I recently called for service on my boiler and the technician, Junior was exceptional. He was professional, diagnosed and corrected the problem. He inspected all aspects of the system and made me aware of what to be alerted for in the event of any future problems. I also want to acknowledge the customer service staff and Darlene who is always friendly and helpful on the phone. This Company is top notch, dependable, reliable and customer friendly. Highly recommend!

  Two technicians came out but I could only find the one technician's name, Kent, on the invoice. Both technicians arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job placing the propane tank and securing the previously loose propane line to my house. I'm very satisfied with how neat everything looks and the job was fast and efficient. I would recommend Santoro based on the service I recieved today.

  Santoro provided me with a new combination heating and hot water boiler. Jay and Jr. were the technicians for the installation. They were professional and very courteous. The entire installation went without a hitch! This was an emergency situation when I had no heat or hot water for my house. Santoro's Bill and Angela were instrumental in coordinating an emergency installation during their busiest time of the year. I have to say that they all work as a team, just as they advertise. I also have to mention that I live in a remote area of the state of RI with somewhat atypical seasonal conditions. I depend on on-time propane deliveries. Santoro is very reliable, in fact, the best propane service company I've had during my 24 years in my home. Santoro uses a sensor of some sought which notifies them when my tanks are running low. They're really very organized! Highly recommended!
