True professionals, this was a very enjoyable experience. Scott, Rob, Hobie, Ryan an Andrew did a great job. Team installed a new AC unit, both inside an out, everyone took the time to explain what they were doing an showed me how to use the equipment.  I am very picky when it comes to contractors in my home an have no problem pointing something out if it’s wrong.  White Sands gave me no reason to complain, 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  I definitely recommend White Sands cooling and heating, you will not be disappointing. Quick response, no pressured sales, outstanding workmanship, it was a real pleasure doing business with him.

The installation and duct work done by Scott and his team were completely professional and timely. He knows his product and takes the time to fully explain the difference in choices. One of the best companies I have done business with in my eighteen years in Pensacola! White Sands was extremely quick on the call. My central heat and air finally needed to be replaced. Offered a top of the line system with significant savings. Delivered the system and installation on time as promised. They exceeded my expectations with not only the installation, but the quality of hardware and materials used in the install itself. New concrete pad, High grade plywood under the air handler, and quality cable shielding, a steel electrical box, even a box of professional filters. A very clean job with great attention to detail and follow-up. This company delivered everything agreed upon  including some pleasant surprises. Two service visits the first year and one of the best warranties in the business. White Sands Cooling and Heating is a professional service company worthy of emulation!

The A/C tech who came out to diagnose the A/C problem discovered the issue right away. I previously had 2 other local companies try to figure out the issue, but they just attributed the problem to age. I am grateful to White Sands for being professional, thorough, and explaining what needs to be repaired. Great company!!

I can not say enough about this company. The owner took fantastic care of my family when I was deployed and moved his schedule around to make them a priority because the A/C was out. 2 years later, I call and said my UV lamp said it needed to be replaced. That was $150 service call set up. The day prior to the work being done, the owner called and asked me if the lamp was actually out. Turns out it was not, it was just a system generated notice. He said, "I can come out and replace your lamp and charge you $150. but there is no need if it is still working" So many other companies would have just taken the work, charged me and not thought twice about it. Today, 2 years later the technician showed on time to replace my bulb. He opened everything up and then told me that it was still working, I must have just missed it before, and asked if I still wanted the work done. By now the bulb was 4 plus years old so I asked him to go ahead since he was here. Then he replaced, at no charge to me, the float switch with a better one than they had 4 years go. Then he made suggestions on the temp/humidity settings but I was in a meeting so didn't have time to listen well or mess with the thermostat. So he changed them for me.
I am sure that there are good A/C companies all around us, but finding an owner and company that will ALWAYS do right by you and not try to take you to the bank can be a roll of the dice. I 100% trust this company with any and all of my future needs.

I called late one evening and someone was already out early the next morning! The guy showed up, diagnosed the problem, and left to get the part in only about 30 minutes. He was back much faster than he said he would be and the new part was installed in about another 30 minutes. The guy was incredibly respectful, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. I’ve now used this company twice and without a doubt I’ll be using them again if we have another issue!

It is important that I give this company the credit it deserves. As I mentioned in my initial review I was very disappointed in the service rendered. To set the record straight, I am very grateful and appreciate of the response from White Sands. They contacted me via phone immediately to address my concerns. Additionally, they came back out to reservice my unit with patients and professionalism. As homeowners of several properties I often look for quality Company's as we all know maintenance is not cheap. Their willingness to make things right and make me feel comfortable was a priority for them. I will definitely be using this company again in the future for my HVAC needs. Home warranty Company sent them to my home. The technician was very unprofessional. My daughter overheard him talking to his company stating that the homeowner wanted something for free. The technician made no attempt to find out what the problem was with the air conditioner. He stated that the air condition wasn’t of good quality and  was almost 6 years old. He stated that it was probably just getting old and  that he didn’t know what was causing the noise and wasn’t willing to try to figure it out. He then tried to get me to pay him to change out the capacitor. Additionally he stated that the home warranty would not be willing to fix it without even making contact with them and making a recommendation. When my daughter called him out for making the statements that wasn’t true to his company he tried to deny them. At this time he started trashing the home warranty company stating that they wanted them to fix air conditioners but didn’t want to pay. My daughter stated to him that was not a customers issue. I was very dissatisfied. I can’t understand for the world of me how he came up with the home owner is looking for something free. We paid well for our home warranty. This is unacceptable.
