  I called with an issue with my furnace, as such I couldn't run it. They arrived within the hour and fixed it in less than that and I wasn't even a customer at the time, I certainly am now!! Highly recommended, professional, knowledgeable and timely. I'm very satisfied.

  The worst! Wetherby deserves a -5 Star Rating. Seven days ago they came to troubleshoot my heating system. They had to order a part that has still not been delivered. Seven days of single digit temperatures and still no part. They claimed not to know when part will be delivered and blamed global shortages. I found the part myself, a $10 gas orifice, available through multiple sources!!!

  Sorry it took a while for the part to come in. Everything you have had an issue we have always responded as quickly as possible and always around your schedule. We did offer space heaters to help while we got the part but you declined. Sorry we did everything we could for you and it wasn't quick enough. Also we have had other customers who have had to wait for parts and it is because of the pandemic and other issues happening in the world and our other customers have been satisfied with our help. If we cant fix your heat we will always use space heater for temporary heat. We always try to help people to the best of our abilities and in the future you can use another company if you weren't satisfied by us.
