  Kevin was very professional, punctual and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about his work and even taught me a few important things. He took his time and fixed the issue with my heating system. There was a part that was burnt out and luckily enough he had the part in his vehicle. He solved my issue right away and even helped me with my smart thermostat and wifi connection. I am happy that I hired his company and would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

  Kevin and his team are always quick to respond and super helpful. We needed a furnace repair at our last home, and recently needed one in our new home. Both times the response was prompt and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

  I hired this company to the hvac and plumbing on my new construction home. When I spoke to Kevin he was aware I was on a deadline and that he would get it taken care of in a timely manner. The nightmare started from the beginning when the plumbers decided to drill the water line holes almost in the bottom of the floor joist. Code enforcement came out and failed the install and now I have 6 foot long steel plates bolted to the floor joist in my brand new house to add structure back to them. Next was scheduling and the guys not showing up them hooking the furnace up incorrectly. This job has been ongoing for months. I finally told them that I was gonna find a new company to come fix and finish their job so they decided to start bashing me on social media. I now have to have a company come in and remove all the main duct work and install new being k&J hooked all the returns up to the supply side of the furnace and the supplies to the return side of the furnace. They did not install any heat runs or returns to the 3rd floor in my home. The ac compressor is not on site and the job is no where near finished and I’m being hassled about payment. Please do yourself a favor and find another company

  Thank you for your review. As you stated you had told us a new company was coming in to finish the job so as for the job not being done that would be the reason. I’m sorry to hear about the “bashing on social media”. Can you please screenshot whichever post you are referring to so we can address it properly?
