  Brandon is an excellent service person! He is polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and just plain good at what he does. He really went the extra mile on a maintenance visit to locate the drainpipe from my AC that had become grown over with dirt and plants. Wonderful young man. Will recommend him and this company, to anyone who asks. I always feel this company is honest and I never have the feeling they are taking advantage of me. That is a wonderful thing in today's world.

  They are very responsive, honest and trustworthy. In our situation, we had to call the regarding a leak in an AC drain line (the leak was not any fault of Westwind at all). This is never a fun phone call to have to make. Paul and Brandon were dedicated to fixing this the right away and I give them a lot of credit because they worked until 9:30 PM at night to get this under control. It was not an easy project to work on. Because of that they earned more than 5 stars in my book. I appreciate what they do.

  This company is great! Very responsive and good value. Have a maintenance contract for servicing my system and when thermostat malfunctioned they came quickly, offered options and a discount due to my contract. Highly recommend.
