  Our company spent over $24,000 with Western Reserve getting three new rooftop units for heating and cooling plus a water heater and thermostats. We did not initially do a maintenance contract because everything was under warranty and brand new. When we developed a leak almost right away our roofing contractor told us the one unit was installed incorrectly, different from the other two and was damaging our roof, causing a leak. The company has been unresponsive. The project engineer has told our contractor that he was upset that we had not given them the maintenance contract so that they were not continuing to get money from us. I guess the $24,000 wasn't enough. The project foreman told him they use union contractors and he couldn't watch them all. So I guess when a job is done they don't double check it. There is no accountability. We have previously called them for small jobs and they say they will send someone out and you just never hear from them again. Once they have your money they have no use for you. I wouldn't recommend this company.
