  Purchased a house in Niles, Oh about a year and of course our first bad cold spell and the heat decides to quit working. Was referred by my mom to Kramer and WOW, I'm glad I did. They sent a technician over immediately and I missed his knock. Instead if just moving on, and hour later, he calls and stops by again. Then after quickly assessing the problem, he has to drive to Youngstown, in the snow, to get the part, which he did. Here is the best part, the price for that emergency call was affordable. My family is thankful and grateful to the Kramer family and has earned a lifelong customer.

  The technician came out to fix my daughter's heater and was quick and didn't charge an arm and leg for the job. The job was done right! He also came out to lite a pilot light in her back room and was just wonderful both times!!!!
