  Spencer Diamond did a excellent job. All the service reps for Western Heating and Air have been great. We appreciate their professionalism and wonderful service whenever they have been at my home. Recently, Spencer came to my home at midnight to fix my furnace. It turn out that the furnace wasn't having problems, it turns out someone in the past, not a Western Heating rep, had wired the condensation pump/reservoir unit and the thermostat together. When the pump quit working so did the thermostat, thus the furnace didn't work. Spencer resolved this issue quickly and replaced the condensation pump. We appreciate Western Heating and Air and coming to my home at such a late hour.

  Western Heating and Air was awesome! Our "comfort advisor" Sharee was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly; and she helped to problem solve how to get a vents into a tight space. Our installer Jason, and technician Cassius were awesome; Jason took the time to explain recommendations for the placement of intake (combustion air) vents for our furnace and water heater; and to make sure intake vents were at a safe distance away from the furnace exhaust. And Jason paid close attention to details - which made us feel comfortable with the job.

  Brady and LT (and the entire Western Heating & Air Team) have been amazing through a less than ideal scenario. Our outdoor unit with our ductless system was having issues and completely went down on two occasions. Once they figured out the issue, they got a warranty claim in process and quickly got the new unit installed (Brady and LT are true professionals and pros at what they do). Our family feels in good hands with Western Heating and Air, and appreciate all the compassion and hard work to help us through this less than ideal scenario with the problems we had with the outdoor unit. THANK YOU!
