  Bradley is always so professional and thorough when he comes out. The call ahead to let me know what time he will be here and the contactless visit is much appreciated. Overall it’s a great company with wonderful customer service.

  Western Aire came out and serviced my A/C system. They arrived on time and answered all of my questions. The Technician also took the time to inspect my ducts and vents. I first used their services when I had an issue with a thermostat installation. Their tech came out on Saturday morning and assessed the situation. It was an easy repair, a fuse had to be replaced. A different company came out initially and tried to charge me $1000.00. The other company stated there wasn't a fuse and that the mother board was fried. Western Aire has knowledgeable Technician working for them and I will use their services again. Highly recommended them!

  Bradley is a professional, combining his knowledge of heating and air systems with his sincere concern and care for his customers. We have health concerns in our household that require good air quality, and Bradley's response to any concern has always been prompt and quick, contacting us when he's on the way. As a senior citizen, it's comforting to have a honest and trustworthy person to call when I have a heating or air problem. Bradley definately deserves 10 stars! Rita Ashworth and family
