  Absolutely wonderful company! If you are looking for fair prices and great service this is the company for you! Kirkland's was responsive, friendly, and kept me updated with every step of my central heating units repair. Both techs that were at the house were very informative and genuine. We definitely felt like they cared and we were not just the next job on the agenda. Will definitely continue to use them for our HVAC needs!

  I highly recommend Kirkland! They demonstrated their knowledge and dedication for customer service the entire time from estimation to billing. When my 22 year old A/C unit stopped working, Kirkland was one of the companies that provided an estimate for replacement. The estimate was thorough, and Dennis provided recommendations based on my pain points and budget. The installers were knowledgeable and respectful and made for a pleasant experience. I was billed as expected based on the estimate and really appreciate the exceptional support and patience I received from Kay when I've called the office. It's evident that they care about their customers. You'll enjoy working with this team!

  We've had this company at our home few times 2020 when we purchased our new home and let me tell you, they are HONEST..punctual, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Other company's that came to access our system were simply trying to rip us off. We won't use anyone else and we've referred them to everyone we know. Just referred to my sister last week and boy they saved her big time! Great job!
