Everyone from the office to the service men are always so nice and professional. Even when extremely busy they always try their best to get my service taken care of. The prices are always reasonable.

AC went out in the middle of the night. Called Western Air as soon as they opened. Paula sent a crew over right away, in case there was an issue with the portion of the AC system in the attic. It ended up being a capacitor which was a quick fix! I highly recommend Western Air!

These folks bent over backwards to help me DIY my AC repairs, and when that didn't work they were at my house in Brackettville within 2 days to make sure my house is the ice box nature intended for an incredibly fair price! Super friendly, too!
