  I am so impressed with the customer service at the Del Rio Home Depot; especially Dotty in customer service! She is knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding! I had an issue with an online, interior barn door purchase. I had it shipped to store. We picked it up, the box was damaged and fell apart when we got home, parts were missing, and the boards were warped. Dotty tried VERY hard to find replacement parts and when that didn’t work handled the return with ease.

  This store looks and feels just like those in DFW. Friendly staff, same level of stock. Finding someone to cut some wood proved impossible one day and took forever another. Very accommodating of my service dog.

  Very disappointed with their lack of inventory of sheds that at one time lined the entire parking lot...I was ready to buy so they missed out on a huge sale that day. Del Rio only has 2 options for sheds . They need to have local representatives and make sure they are answering their phones because your San Antonio Tuff Shed rep has been dropping balls all over the place.
