SUCH A HELP! Excellent service. Jason was friendly, thorough, and efficient. He checked a couple of the usual culprits, explained everything, and had it running cold on the same day! I so appreciate the company and will return when it’s time to upgrade the unit. And the owner was also friendly and helpful when we traded calls early this morning! Thanks again!!

I called West-O-Plex AC & Heating out of desperation. It was late on a HOT Friday evening and our AC was not cooling. He was responsive and had us back up and cooling quickly. He was more than fair on the price. This is now our "Go-TO Guy for AC work !

My A/C unit suddenly stopped working and I needed quick help on a Friday with a long holiday weekend approaching. On Thursday evening, I called Mark Roberts, owner of West-O-Plex Air Conditioning & Heating, due to their reputation and proximity to my home. Mark showed up first thing in the morning. He is very professional, competent and did an excellent job. He even took the time to show and explain to me the problem of the failing A/C unit. His fee was fair and I trust Mark with future maintenance service. So, if you are in need for Air Conditioning and Heating service, this is the company I can highly recommend. U. Smith
