  While the other local businesses were telling me they would call back sometime in the next three weeks, or not even answering the phone, and STILL have not returned my calls, this guy said he would be over in two days. It was HOT! He showed up right when he said he would and diagnosed my issue within minutes. He had my compressor up and running a few minutes later, then started cleaning the condenser coil. He actually spent most of his time here cleaning it up. The bottom line on the invoice was certainly reasonable, and he left us with a noticeably quieter condenser about 90 minutes after he arrived. I'll definitely remember to clean my condenser once in a while, and will be contacting him again if I need HVAC services I can't or won't perform myself.

  Alex West is very good at his job. The problem is everybody wants him and it's hard to get on his schedule. His message machine is full and can't receive more.

  We have used West Heating & AC for two of our homes. The first time we had Alex install a complete central heating unit in a 1979 A-Frame house. The home was 2-story with no attic, so he had to be inventive with the venting system. The project was done in a timely manner, the price was fair, and the end product looked great and operated efficiently. We also used Alex for our next home where he installed central air. Again, he did a wonderful job. Alex is pleasant to work with, he is professional, honest, helpful, fairly priced, and timely.
