  Professional is the best way to describe West Coast. Everyone - Sales (Rocky!), and team (Alex with crew!) went beyond expectations. My AC system (2 mini splits) is fantastic; a dream come true. I had a couple of other estimates and am glad that I did since I can see how superior West Coast is. Thank you to everyone at West Coast! (one of your many) truly satisfied customers. I forgot to mention that the price and financing couldn't be beat :)

  I received several estimates for a replacement of a 12 year old 24 BTU heat pump that ranged from $5500 to $8100. Then Alex came from West Coast, took 45 minutes to thoughtfully give us a quote for $6100 minus a $3000 energy credit (total price to me $3100). It seems all the other installers were going to keep the $3000 credit for themselves! So I give 5 stars to West Coast for honesty and value. Then the installation was done very professionally and on time. All in all, the best experience I could have imagined!

  In 2019 after much research we contracted West Coast to replace our existing HVAC system, which included moving furnace system into my attic from a second floor closet and installing solar system consisting of 22 panels. We were very happy with the entire process and the value. The workers were always on time, and very respectful of our property. Happy to the point that we referred them to several friends and family. Fast forward to 2022, system still working flawlessly and we are very happy we went with West Coast. A situation has arisen now, not related to our system which I needed help with. Our doorbell has stopped working due to a failing transformer. Now the hunt is on for the transformer location somewhere in my two story house. I have searched hi and low to no avail. In a last ditch effort I contacted West Coast to see if it was possible they had moved it also into the attic. Though they responded that this is not something they would do they provided photos from before the install that showed the transformer in that closet. We are now assuming that the transformer may have been closed into the wall by workers that followed up after West Coast was finished. The fact that West Coast did the research and found this old photo for me, just shows how they go above and beyond on their customer service. I will continue to recommend them to my friends.
