Was called to ask if they could come over the next day. I was very happy to hear this. Had to call in sick to work but thought it would be worth it. Due to a scheduling issue they never showed up. Kept original appointment and this time they were on time. Did a great job and took less time then I thought. No mess left behind and new heater works great.

My A/C was not cooling and the outside unit wasn't starting. This was the first heatwave in April after the winter. I contacted several companies, and Alex answered right away, came over, and fixed the problem at no time with very competitive pricing. The communication and speed were excellent. His service was very good and also he helped with advice on maintaining and upgrading options which were also very helpful. I got the A/C fixed in 2 hours, while this was the first heat wave in the season. This allowed me to continue working from home.
