  Weidners are absolutely the best! They have serviced and repaired my office and apartment systems for years and I just added my personal home and another rental property. Had I known years ago that they serviced and repaired the other brands of units we have I would have switched years ago. From their office staff to their techs they are courteous, professional and knowledgeable and in emergency situations they are always right there day, night or weekend to assist.

  We got up at four in the morning with our home at 89 degrees. I called Weidner Refrigeration Inc. - they had a technician at my home before 700am!! They were fast, efficient and good at their job. The technician had a clean professional appearance, and explained everything to me in simple terms. Great customer service!

  Don't know why but their service has really gotten bad - needed some furnace work done - gave them the part numbers and was told it would take 4 or 5 days to get parts - 11 days later still hadn't heard anything. Ordered parts myself and had them within 24 hours. Was always satisfied before so no idea why this happened.
