  Had issues with my furnace they installed the previous year. Called and confirmed an appointment for a tech to show up between 1pm and 5pm. If that’s not inconvenient enough, the guy never shows. No heads up at all to update me that he blew me off. I have to call his boss asking what the deal is. The boss himself doesn’t get back to me with update, so I call back after another half hour only to hear the tech is busy with another job. He also stated several other people were complaining about terrible lack of communication. Horrible unprofessional experience. Be forewarned that you’re needs don’t matter, and expect to be blown off by them.

  I can’t think of another company that his given me better service in my entire life. Shane is a true professional and his crew was excellent. Auburn Heating and Air is without a doubt a 5 star company.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They sent Shane out right away. He was able to come within the hour of calling. He was kind, professional, and found the issue quickly! This didn't charge us an arm and leg either! Thank you for helping us. We were concerned that the weekend would prevent us from getting quick help, and would cost us a fortune. You saved the day! We sincerely appreciate your hard and dedicated work.
