Very unhappy with the AC central air system Wayne installed in my home. The system is a jet engine everyday and every night. I complained to Wayne about it and he without even examining it at my home told me it's not loud over the phone. He didn't want to resolve or help me find a solution. He's a total jerk. Lowered the property value big time. Don't use his service! You'll regret it.

My husband and I contacted this company for a new heating and cooling system in 2017 and ever since we've had to call them twice for different reasons. The most recurring issue is a leakage that floods the house. Look at the pictures. I currently have an infant and a toddler, and I can't even afford to turn the A/C off in this hot weather. It looks like the guys that did the installation did not do a good job for us. Unfortunately for us, we referred the company to another family but they don't have the issues we are having. This just confirms to me that the installation was faulty. **We just called him again, but no one showed up. Update, we called someone else who helped solve the issue, and hinted us on what to do later on. There was another piping that had an issue. Anyways, I'm glad I don't have to mop anymore.
