  We had a service done to our furnace and had install on a new Ecobee thermostat. Our technician was Francisco. From the time I called to schedule the office team called to keep us informed of our time. Francisco called 25 minutes before arrival. He was fantastic. Knowledgeable, polite and very patient with our multitude of questions. He even helped us set up our phones to thermostat. Loren Watts has a top notch 100 per cent team and we will never use anyone else. Thank you to the whole team. Mike Hickman

  Watts remains the ONLY company we will call for our furnace/AC. I don’t care how long the wait is, they’re just the best. Their service is unbeatable. We feel lucky to have found a company to come into our home and treat us with respect and make our comfort and happiness with the job a priority.

  My furnace went out. Called Watts Heating and Cooling and the lady who helped scheduled my appointment was very helpful and friendly. Luke from Watts Heating was very professional and knowledgeable. He came on time and was able to resolve the issue in a very timely manner. He took the time afterwards to explain what the issue was with my furnace I would highly recommend them.
