  Jason just came by to look over our fridge that has been giving us issues. I know he could have made more money by fixing the issue but instead he was super honest and recommend buying a new fridge instead. It is a big enough issue that a new fridge would cost maybe the same or less and it would have a good warranty. He also gave me some awesome tips on my gas stove as an added bonus. Super appreciate Jason's honesty and friendliness and will be calling Hattan's again for future appliance needs for sure!

  I really appreciate the honesty and grear customer service that Mike provided. He was able to show me the problem and honest about the situation. He also recommended the company we went with for a replacement. I would recommend Hattan's appliance to all my friends and family. I would also suggest they request Mike.

  Edited- as soon as I left a 1 start google review I got faster response that I ever did when my appliance was broken. They did give helpful information and were very apologetic. Folks are busy and possibly overwhelmed right now, not an excuse for almost no communication initially, but they did the right thing. Here's my original review: I want to give them a good rating.. we were forced to use them due to the manufacturers warranty. They guy came out, he wasn't very helpful or informative. He left saying he needed to get a part that was easy to get. Then we heard nothing. I have followed up with them 4 times and and they didn't even order the part for at least two weeks after the person came. I have followed up three times. No one has updated me on anything. They tell me the part is on back order and there is nothing they can do and that they recently learned it's still on back order. But this is only after I reach out for a 4th time. Maybe they would care if we were writing a check? Not sure
