The scheduling office was very helpful and friendly. I was informed upfront that all technicians follow COVID-19 safety procedures and would wear masks. I was also asked if any in the household members showed signs of COVID-19 symptoms. You could tell that they cared about their technicians and didn't want to put them under any additional risk. My technician, Eddie, arrived on time. He wore a mask the entire time he worked (and it was already above 80°). He investigated each issue first and gave me an explanation of what he would be doing to fix each. He quickly repaired the ballast for my garage light. He had to order a part for my breaker, but he was transparent about the process and give me a rough estimate of when the part would arrive. Without needing to, he checked with one of his vendors and found the needed part unexpectedly and came right back to finish the arc fault repair. Eddie was extremely polite, very professional, and skilled at doing the work. I will be sure to use Watson again!

Do NOT choose Watson!!!! A friend needed 3 small common items replaced to close on house. She told them exactly what needed done when she scheduled repair. The tech showed up without any of iitems on his truck and charged an hour for travel time to drive to store to purchase. 30 minutes of work = 3.5 hours billed. Replaced an outlet - outlet doesn’t work! 😡😡😡 Unprofessional, unscrupulous.and unreliable. Do NOT choose Watson!!!
Response from the owner
Customer service is a top priority for us. We regret that your experience with us didn’t meet this expectation. There are many different types and colors of receptacles and although we do try to come prepared, there are times were this isn’t possible. However, when calling in a service request, customers can send us a picture of the item that is to be replaced or purchase it themselves and have us install it.

A full remodel on an older house, the work progressed much more slowly than expected as Watson personnel was frequently pulled off the job to go to other job sites. At the end, a regulator from the propane tank to an instant-on water heater became an issue, with the county inspector asking Watson to change the regulator, and the propane company telling us that it was right in the first place. We couldn't get propane to the heater until the problem was resolved, and we had nothing to do with the inspection process. The full estimate for the remodel was more than $9,000, and we weren't responsible for the inspector's decisions, but we were charged an additional $265 for Watson to make everything work. It seemed petty and very disappointing to us to have this kind of charge added on just to be able to use the equipment that they sold and installed for us.
