  After having worked with other HVAC companies in town, and after a particularly terrible experience with One Hour Heat & Air, I was referred to Norman's HVAC by a friend and have been impressed from the beginning. These guys are so much better than the rest. Brandon treats his customers the way he would want to be treated. I will recommend these guys to anyone.

  Brandon always does an amazing job and responds quickly, no matter what time of day. He takes the time to explain the issues and costs ahead of time, so you won’t be surprised with a bill. I only will call him for any hvac needs in my home.

  Heat went out on the coldest day of the year. They were referred to me by my neighbor who had used them previously. The absolute best experience I've ever had with a repair company. Brandon has a customer for life now with me. Not only reasonably priced but through and helped me to understand what the problem was and how to prevent it. I signed up for a maintance plan that day. Would never use another company again!!
