  Company is prompt, communicates well, and does great work. Service guys who came out were very nice and professional. They discussed what I was looking to do and made some suggestions to do things a little differently and it saved me money. Would absolutely use again!

  Scott Sharrett was on time and was very professional, and courteous. He went straight to work and completed the new compressor installation. He explained everything he has done and clean everything after he finished the job. One of the best thing about Watkins is there responsiveness and care about your problems/concerns regarding your heating and cooling system. Great service, no questions about that. Went above and beyond to fix problems with my AC during90+ out side temperature.

  We recently had Watkins Heating & Cooling replace our 19 year old air conditioner. The entire process was thorough and professional. While other companies may have offered slightly lower prices, I felt that Watkins did the best evaluation of exactly what we needed and didn't try to oversell me on unnecessary extras. They were on time for every single appointment and took their time to make sure the job was done right. The installation was completely professional and high quality. They kept me informed throughout the installation process. Rafael and his time took great care to ensure everything was neat and clean after the job was done. Watkins was also able to offer me the financing that fit my need. I am very pleased with my decision to use Watkins for my HVAC needs.
