Only issue is I can‘t give them the 1000 stars they deserve!  Professional install of several gas appliances and all done exceedingly well!  Salesman knew exactly what I wanted for washer and finally no more itchy feet from too little water due to other junk washers. Speed Queen IS the ONLY washer and dryer worth buying! Stove they installed still works well! Freezer is Ace! No issues!

Our new refrigerator was delivered on time, in great condition.  The two delivery agents were professional and respectful of our home and our new appliance.  Setup was quick and done well.  We are very satisfied.  We hope the refrigerator holds up as well as the one it replaced.

Good products! Slightly higher than big box stores but have their own installers, so more leverage if something goes wrong during delivery and install. Jim B is a patient informed salesman! Delivery personnel need to work on communication skills with customers.

No pressure sales but very helpful with answering questions. I was looking for a dishwasher to replace my 25+ year old appliance that finally died. I had done my research and wanted to see the Beko line of dishwashers. Even their very basic machine was stainless steel inside and out. Way quieter than the old machine. After 4 months of use I am very happy with my Beko dishwasher. I don’t need a 3rd drawer, or a thousand different programming options. The layout suits my uses. The flatware basket is awesome since it can be placed in the front or the back and can be slid to the left, center or right; very flexible.

From knowledge of the salesman to delivery and set up, it was a great experience. Very professional and super friendly staff that also made conversation outside of the purchase and install. The communication about delivery was amazing as well.  Received a text 3 days confirming delivery date. Then another text a day before with a time frame window, and a call 30 mins before arrival.  Their delivery guys were super awesome too, really nice team of brothers who were very professional and we had good conversation too.  Sometimes odd to have strangers in your house but they were so nice and funny it made it a great experience. Highly recommend Warners Stellan!

I went to a competitor at first and dealt with issue after issue… I then came to Warners' Stellian last week and it has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Ken was able to help me purchase and set up a delivery date. Victor and his partner were able to delivery my unit with no issues. Communication was great and I’d highly recommend Warners' Stellian!

I’m so tied of leaving poor reviews for local businesses, but customer service just seems to be getting worse and worse.  I bought a very nice vacuum cleaner at Warner’s Stellian with the understanding that they serviced them.  However, I learned that rather than dropping it off at the Maple Grove location where I purchased it, I have to drive it from Maple Grove to their shop in St. Paul!  How convenient for me!  Good thing I paid $1,200 for a quality vac backed by great customer service 😉

I recognize the frustration and inconvenience of thinking you could've dropped your product off at the store-only to be told you needed to drive to St. Paul. I will certainly pass this feedback onto Sales Teams to ensure this miscommunication doesn't happen in the future. The St Paul Warehouse is where we service all of our appliances. The stores simply wouldn't have the space and capacity to offer repair services. But again, I want to reiterate our apologies. Our salesman assured us that all of the parts needed (propane conversion kit)to hook up our dryer were included. When we picked it up yesterday, we were told "oh, not included. He made a mistake." Cost me $25 for the part. Dont trust salespeople!
EDIT UPDATE 1/18
I finally received a response from THREE WEEKS after writing my original review. In this response, they seem to claim that they in fact did help me out and provided the part they said had been included. NO SUCH THING HAPPENED! I bought and installed my own part. LIARS!!!
